Vishal and Samantha starrer Irumbu Thirai has been dubbed as 'Abhimanyudu' in Telugu. Vishal who has got a decent following even in Telugu on par with Tamil has produced this movie. Abhimanyudu is touted to be a cyber thriller movie. Here is the full review of Abhimanyudu.
Story Line:
Vishal has played a military officer named Karunakaran. Karunakaran is an officer who has anger management issues. He cannot stand any kind of injustice and even keeps his father away for his indiscipline. Latha Devi (Samantha) who is a psychologist suggests Karunakaran unite with his father and sister. He tries to sum a huge amount for his sister'a wedding, but the cash in bank disappears suddenly. How and why? What happens next is to be watched at the theaters only.
Roles & Performances:
Vishal looks fit for the role of an angry army man. With his physique and mannerisms, Vishal is apt in the role and performs well.
Samantha Akkineni who has been opting for small yet wonderful roles did the same magic in Abhimanyudu. She looks beautiful.
Arjun has lived in the role. The scenes between Arjun and Vishal are very interesting and grabs attention.
Analysis:
In the virtual world we have built around us, nothing seems to be impossible. Cyber crimes and related activities have become more than just normal. In seconds, someone hacks and breaks into your social media accounts, the money in your banks get looted. This point is stressed nicely in a gripping way.
Technical Aspects:
Music and background music complement the story narration. The screenplay is well-carpented. The gripping narration is one of the best things in Abhimanyudu. The production values are good as well. Action scenes and hero-villain confrontation scenes are perfect.
