Supreme Hero Sai Dharam Tej collaborates with mega commercial director VV Vinayak for the first time and they made a film called Inttelligent. At this juncture, it would be interesting to see whether this commercial specialist would be giving a decent hit to the supreme hero with this movie. Well, SDT has been undergoing a rough phase in his career as he got series of flops under his belt.
The result of their collaboration would be discussed in the following review.
Inttelligent Plot:
Sai Dharam Tej gets inspires from Nasser a Businessman who believes in doing good to the others will make everything good. It makes Sai join Nasser’s software company and also becomes a strong association with his boss in doing service to the needy people.
As the time passes, a mafia gang headed by Vicky threatens Nasser to hand over his software company to them. As he refuses, they kill Nasser and takes over this company. This makes Sai Dharam become Dharma Bhai.
How he demolishes the network of Vicky Bhai will be unfolded on screen
Actors & Performances:
Sai Dharam Tej: He gave his best for the role. Unfortunately, this script doesn’t give him much scope to showcase his acting skills.
Lavanya Tripathi: She is literally there for few scenes and songs. Her glamour quotient fulfils the glamour part in the flick.
Nassar: He acted on the graph of his character and his case is also same as Sai Dharam Tej.
Saptagiri: He got some length in the film and he utilised those portions to create the laughter.
Akula Shiva: Ace writer did a role of a contract killer in this flick. However, his unorthodox screen presence caught the attention of the audience.
Remaining cast like Brahmanandam, Sayaji Shinde, Rahul Ramakrishna, Venu did their best in their brief roles.
Analysis:
This film has a decent point of doing “good” to the people around you. However, the very weak story weaved around this point made this whole film wasted. Director VV Vinayak invested all his experience to showcase this weak story beautifully. Unfortunately, his attempt ended up in disaster.
From Adhurs onwards, Vinayak has been trying to mix entertainment & action in his films. He has been successful in Adurs & Nayak with the above mix. But, this time he got failed as both entertainment & story were very much weak in Inttelligent.
The audience waited eagerly waited for the Megastar Chiranjeevi’s super hit song “Chamak Chamak Cham’ remix in the movie. Frankly, this song disappoints everyone as the present team tried to ape the original and they are utterly failed in creating the same magic.
Technical Aspects:
Cinematography by SV Vishweshwar is good and songs from Thaman are average. CK Entertainments production values are good.
Plus Point:
+ Saptagiri Comedy
Minus Point:
- Many
Final Verdict:
If you are an “intelligent” person then skip it.
