Devara is making waves at the box office, exceeding all expectations and shattering previous theatrical records. NTR has once again demonstrated his massive star power with the film's sensational start. Not only is Devara dominating the domestic market, but it is also enjoying a remarkable run overseas.
According to official reports from the producers, Devara grossed over ₹243 crores within its first two days of release and is expected to add another ₹100 crores on its third day. In the Telugu states alone, the film has collected over ₹87 crores in three days, already recovering 70% of its investment.
However, the reports in the trade reveal that the movie made a revenue of 275 crore rupees in its opening weekend. On Sunday, the film showed a 5% jump to gross ₹40 crore in the domestic market.
Internationally, Devara is particularly successful in North America, having collected over $4.5 million within its first three days. Despite around 100 theaters being unable to show the film due to weather conditions, the movie still performs exceptionally well in the region.
With the Dasara holidays ahead, Devara is expected to continue its record-breaking streak at the box office.
