Kangana Ranaut Blasts At Ranbir Kapoor's Animal

Kangana Ranaut has voiced her strong disapproval of the film Animal. In a recent interview, she criticized the film for its portrayal of violence and drug abuse and expressed disappointment with audiences for making it a box office success.

During the promotion of her upcoming directorial film Emergency, Kangana expressed her concerns about the continued popularity of what she described as "patriarchal films" that glorify violence.

Kangana highlighted a specific scene where armed men enter a school with machine guns, pointing out the unrealistic portrayal of law and order. She questioned the lack of consequences shown in the film, saying, "They enter schools with machine guns as if there’s no police, there are no consequences. As if the law and order is dead."

Kangana emphasized that the violence depicted in the film appears to be without purpose. "They're just piling up dead bodies. And why? Just for fun. It's not for public welfare or the protection of borders, only for fun. They just take drugs and have fun," Kangana stated.

This isn't the first time Kangana has criticized Animal. Previously, she responded to Sandeep Reddy Vanga's interest in casting her in one of his films, advising him via her X account not to offer her a role, suggesting that his "alpha male" heroes might become feminists if she were involved.
