Tollywood director Parasuram, who recently delivered Sarkaru Vaari Paata, had been in talks with Naga Chaitanya for a project that eventually got shelved. However, he has now announced his collaboration with Tamil actor Karthi. Karthi had been looking to work with Telugu directors, and he reportedly loved the plot narrated by Parasuram, giving his initial approval.
The project is expected to be Karthi's 25th film. However, as Vijay Deverakonda is currently busy with other projects, Parasuram's collaboration with Karthi will only take place after he completes the upcoming film with Vijay Deverakonda. Further details regarding the film have yet to be announced.
Parasuram has to deliver a big hit right now to be in the league of directors who deliver back to back hits. An official announcement is awaited.
