Bollywood superstar Salman Khan played a crucial character in the recently released Telugu film titled Godfather. Megastar Chiranjeevi played the titular role in the film and it is Mega Powerstar Ram Charan who is the reason for bringing Salman Khan on board for the film. Prithviraj Sukumaran played the character that Salman essayed in the film. However, the discussion in the film circles say that Salman's presence in the film did not help the movie.
Salman Khan is surely a crowd puller but compared to other Bollywood stars, Salman's presence, reach and visibility is less. Although Salman's role was promoted well, he could not help in increasing the collections, say the trade pundits.
Mohan Raja is the director of the film, which is the official remake of the Malayalam hit film Lucifer. The complete details of the film's collections will be out soon.
