Star actress Shruti Haasan made a grand comeback into Tollywood last year with the super hit film Krack. She was later seen in Pawan Kalyan's Vakeel Saab as well. Now, Shruti is acting alongside Prabhas in the pan-India film Salaar.
On the occasion of her birthday today, the makers of Salaar have unveiled her first look from the film. "To the epitome of beauty & elegance. Our #Aadya who always sets up the glam quotient high, one of the most multi-talented & versatile actress. We love you @shrutihaasan," tweeted the movie's production house Hombale Films.
Shruti looks very elegant in a Kurti in this poster. Going by the poster, it looks like she is playing the role of a simple young lady in the film.
This is the first project in the combination of Prabhas and Shruti. Fans are very much excited to see their chemistry in the movie.
Salaar is currently in the shooting stage. Directed by Prashanth Neel, it is slated for release in the second half of this year.
