There is officially no confirmation on when the film theatres will be reopened. In this scenario, the producers who want to release the pending projects have no other option than opting for the OTT route. Already, the films like Narappa, Virata Parvam and Drishyam 2 are lined up for a release on digital platforms. Now, Nikhil and Akhil are also considering the same for their upcoming films.
As per the reports, Nikhil's upcoming film 18 Pages and Akhil's next film Most Eligible Bachelor are bankrolled by Geetha Arts. The production house is in plans to sell the films to a popular digital streaming platform.
Both the films are in the final stages of the post-production and an official confirmation on the same will come out soon.
