We already knew that 'Shyam Singha Roy' is going to be the most expensive movie in Natural Star Nani's career. The producers have been leaving no stone unturned in providing top-notch production values for the film. On this note, the makers have erected a set worth Rs 6.5 crores with the Kolkata Kali temple in the outskirts of the city. Spread across 5 acres, the movie unite is supposed to can some high octane action sequences in the set.
Just when everything was going on well, the second wave of coronavirus hit the world again and the entire country went into lockdown all over again. The shooting of 'Shyam Singha Roy' also got postponed. When the movie unit is preparing to resume the shooting very soon after the pandemic calms down, the recent rains and heavy winds in Hyderabad has badly damaged the shooting sets of the film.
It seems like the makers will suffer a huge loss of 2 crores as the art department has to rework on the set again. Rahul Sankrityan is helming this project. Sai Pallavi and Krithi Shetty are playing the female leads in this movie which is being bankrolled by Niharika Entertainments banner.
