Already, the reports surfaced online about Mahesh Babu playing the role of Lord Sri Ram in Ramayana 3D. Deepika Padukone is in talks to play Sita Devi in the film.
Hrithik Roshan was initially considered for the Lord Ram role but now Mahesh is in talks for the same. Producer Madhu Mantena is repeatedly sending requests to Mahesh to consider his proposal. Mahesh Babu is yet to mark his debut in Bollywood and this project could surely help him do well at the box-office.
Mahesh Babu likes Deepika Padukone a lot and both can do wonders at the box-office. The makers are hoping that no one else, other than Mahesh Babu will do justice for the role.
Many other producers and directors are also considering to do a film with Mahesh babu and if he accepts this film, he can start working on others.
