2014 released 'Drishyam' movie featuring Venkatesh and Meena in the lead roles became a blockbuster. The movie came out as the official Telugu remake of the Malayalam hit film 'Drishyam' starring Mohanlal. Recently, the much-awaited sequel of Mohanlal's 'Drishyam' got released with the title 'Drishyam 2' on Amazon Prime and became a super hit.
Now, the Telugu remake version of the sequel has been grabbing the attention of the audience. The pre-production works are already started and Jeethu Joseph who helmed the original version is wielding the microphone for this project as well. As per the latest reports, Venkatesh has reportedly made some changes in the script as most of the Telugu audience have already watched the film on the OTT platforms.
Venkatesh discussed the same with his producer brother Suresh Babu and finally came up with an idea to make some changes in the script. Jeethu Joseph is currently working on the script modifications. The shooting of the film will get wrapped up in 50 days. The movie will hit the theatres in April this year.
