Megastar Chiranjeevi is going to work under the direction of Mohan Raja for the remake of Malayalam hit film Lucifer. Chiranjeevi will be seen as a politician and a mafia leader in the movie. Mohanlal played the role originally in the Malayalam movie. The film unit is now considering Byreddy as the title for the movie. Byreddy is going to be a powerful title and will also help the movie gain a craze in the masses. Chiranjeevi will also sport two different looks for the movie.
The pre-production activities are currently in progress. The film unit is yet to finalize the cast and crew for the movie. The makers are hoping to come up with an official announcement on the same soon. Initially, Sujeeth worked on the film until VV Vinayak replaced him. Finally, it is Mohan Raja who replaced the Vinayak and grabbed the chance to direct the film.
