The episode started with 'O Maaya O Maaya' song from 'Shankar Dada MBBS' movie. Monal is seen feeding Avinash with her own hands and when asked she said that she is trying to establish a connection with him. Amma Rajashekar made fun of them. Avinash said that Monal will take his surname Mukku and can become Mukku Monal or M square.
Bigg Boss gave the Dabur Luxury Budget task. Mehboob and Kumar Sai have to take a dip in the pool and drink a real mango drink bottle. The housemates can get the items written on the bottles. Mehboob won the task. Abhijeet while talking to Noel and Harika said that 'Change is constant' in the BB house and even he also changed in terms of Monal.
Bigg Boss played a video full of childhood pictures of the housemates and everyone became happy as well as emotional. Later, Bigg Boss gave childhood picture photo frames as gifts to the housemates and asked them to share their stories that changed their lives.
Lasya opened about her story. She said how her parents raised her and how she had to leave their parents for her husband. She said that his father who used to say that he will never even look at his face but is now calling him his son.
Harika also opened up about her story claiming that her parents got divorced when she was studying intermediate and it has been 5 years since they talked to him. Divi, Mehboob, Amma Rajashekar, etc also opened up about their stories and became emotional.
