There are few things take place in the cinema industry which are beyond logic and common sense. For instance, a major mania has been on about coming up with biopics and if you see their results at the box office, you will wonder why on earth is everyone after this genre. As if that is not enough, here is the new headache.
Apparently, whenever biopics have been announced or are gearing up for release, there is always one tension or the other with these projects. Somebody or the other would put a case in the court and try to stall the proceedings for their vested interests. If not that, there are some of the other risks as a community or a group of people raises objections.
Now, the latest to join that list is ‘Thalaivi’ which is facing trouble from late Jayalalithaa’s niece. Similarly, K A Paul put a case on ‘Kamma Rajyamlo Kadapa Reddlu’ citing coincidences similar to him and his life. In the past also, films like ‘Vangaveeti’ ‘Lakshmi’s NTR’ ‘Killing Veerappan’ and other biopics have gone through their share of troubles.
