We are nearing the end of the Jio MAMI Film Festival 2019 and have reached the sixth day of it. There are still quite a few gems to watch today and we will be focussing on some of them.
The first one is Pedro Almodovar's Spanish drama Pain and Glory which portrays the life of a filmmaker and the choices he made in his life. Acclaimed Netflix film Marriage Story starring Scarlett Johansson is also screening today. There is a documentary called Midnight Family which showcases the story of a Mexican family who runs a private ambulance service.
Old Czechoslovakian thriller, The Cremator which is screening under the Restored Classics section. Actress Seema Pahwa's maiden directorial Ram Prasad Ki Tehrvi is also premiering today. In total, these are some of the must-watch films today at the film festival. Jio MAMI International Film Festival will conclude on the 24th of this month.
