The Tollywood box-office is going to enter into a rough patch for coming few weeks. The festive season (Dussehra) combined with vacation has attracted good number of viewers to cinema theaters but now that it has ended, the Tollywood box-office is expected to return back to full phase.
NTR-Trivikram's 'Aravindha Sametha' was estimated to have a long run, given the positive talk it gained from the first day of release. But, that film also slowed down in terms of collections after the completion of festival holidays. The following week releases, Hello Guru Premakosame and Pandem Kodi-2, have not performed up to the mark.
These three films sustained with decent earnings, because of festive season. They would have left buyers and distributors in distress, if they were not released during this holiday time. Also, the last week's release Veera Bhoga Vasantha Rayalu received poor reviews from critics right from premieres itself. So, this film which impressed with trailer has opened to very depressing numbers.
After VBVR, Savyasachi is scheduled for 2nd November release and buyers in Telugu states are hoping for positive start for this film. Apart from Savyasachi, there are no movies are expected in the month of November until Sharwanand-Sai Pallavi starrer 'Padi Padi Leche Manasu' on 21st December.
