However, here is the shocking news which is coming from Chennai. It is heard that the anti piracy cell of the Kollywood circuit has ended up banning few websites which are resorting to piracy. This has happened after two latest releases ‘Sandakozhi 2’ and ‘Vada Chennai’ got pirated.
The links to both these movies were found on few website right on the first day of release. Efforts are on to remove the websites from the internet but it appears the menace of piracy is actually looming a large threat to the economy of the cinema industry. We have to see how this ban is going to make a difference.
