The topmost question that comes to your mind when you speak about the magnum opus Baahubali is, ‘Why did Kattappa kill Baahubali?’. This became the debate of the nation but a closer look reveals the film has many questions which are unanswered.
Unknowingly, the tough taskmaster S S Rajamouli chose a story which has a big span of franchisees. As such, nobody can make the grand epic Mahabharata in two parts. The same is the case with Ramayana. Even today, many questions linger about Ramayana.
For instance, nobody knows about King Janaka’s wife Sunaina who brought up Sita. Akin to that, if we get answers in Baahubali-2 it’s okay or else we have to search for Anand Neelakantan’s books. He wrote ‘The Rise Of Sivagami’ with lot of unknown characters. That way, Rajamouli has created a parallel Mahabharata in his own way.
