It is more or less like a norm for every film to have its share of brand partners and usually the list tends to have at least one or two media houses as well. While that is not much of a surprise, the thing that catches a twist is, one media entity of a regional language entering a Bollywood venture.
This is the reason behind one incident. Apparently, the noted Telugu media entity ABN Andhrajyothy has been shown as one of the brand partners for the movie Saala Khadoos featuring the chocolate hunk Madhavan. Those who saw the film in the two Telugu states were in for a surprise.
They are not sure why the makers took Telugu media as a brand partner because it is not releasing here in dubbed version. It is coming only in Hindi and Tamil versions. Some are also saying that the same was seen for the recent Bollywood blockbuster Airlift as well. Wonder what the link is all about.
