Actor Nani is a rare combination of Talent, Luck and Bad luck in right proportions.
Otherwise, a former Radio Jockey who stepped into this showbiz to realize his dream of direction has accidentally landed up in acting. But once he became a hero, he was lucky enough to get some golden opportunities back-to-back.
At one point of time, he was touted as the ‘Emerging Star’ of this generation with consecutive hits like Ala Modalaindi, Pilla Zamindar, Eega, Yeto Vellipoyindi Manasu etc. And as they say, nothing succeeds like success, he was loaded with three prestigious offers Paisa (a film by Krishna Vamsi), Aaha Kalyanam (a Yash Raj Films production) and Janda Pai Kapiraju (a Samudrakhani film) and suddenly the entire industry and fan world was looking at him.
On a generic note, out of three much anticipated and versatile films, one or the other should hit the nail on the head. But looks like Lord Shani has a reservation in Nani’s house – both the films did not register hits for him. At least Janda Pai Kapiraju was expected to follow and bring him back into the league. But that film had its own course of battles to combat.
Now fortunately, all those wars have ended and the movie is finally seeing the light of the day on 8th of August. Nani is doing a dual role as ‘Arvind’ and ‘Mayakannan’ in the film. A versatile film with a political backdrop and Nani’s get up is quite promising. “I will be back and this time I’m very confident”, affirms Nani (the most optimistic hero on the planet right now) on the eve of few release promos and posters being released today.
