Friday fever is synonymous with Tollywood ever since the Cinema has been introduced. We can see a release or few releases every Friday. Despite multiple releases, the fact remains that only those films which appeal to the audience will sustain. The best example for that is the outcome of this Friday which again proved that only films with good content will survive.
Two small budget films have hit the marquee to check their fortunes at the box office. They are Pora Pove and Oka Criminal Prema Katha. These two films created good amount of hype before their release, but the latest report reveals that they may not stand as competition to the already released and successfully running family thriller Drushyam starring Venkatesh and Meena.
Drushyam has been running since a week, many expected the collections would dip with the two fresh releases this Friday. However, situation seems to be toally different. Well, Drushyam will have another week of smooth run till before Bellamkonda Suresh’s big ticket flick Alludu Seenu takes over on July 25. We can be sure that Venky will rule the BO for another week without any interruption.
