The producers of Pushpa: The Rule, Yelamanchili Ravi Shankar and Yerneni Naveen, have received temporary relief in connection with the case filed after the stampede incident at Sandhya Theater, where a woman named Revathi tragically lost her life.

The High Court has directed that the producers should not be arrested but must cooperate with the inquiry. Justice K. Sujana issued the interim order while hearing a petition filed by Ravi Shankar and Naveen seeking to dismiss the case against them. The petitioners' lawyer, N. Naveen Kumar, argued that the producers were not responsible for the tragic incident. He pointed out that the producers' office had informed the theater management and the police well in advance about Allu Arjun's visit. He also emphasized that senior police officials, including the ACP and DCP, had inspected the theater on the day of the event to ensure security measures were in place.

After considering the arguments, the court ordered that the producers not be arrested while notices were issued to the police and the complainant requesting a counter-affidavit.
