Samantha Ruth Prabhu, a celebrated actor in Telugu cinema who rose to fame with her debut in Ye Maya Chesave, has spoken candidly about the challenges she faced following her divorce from Naga Chaitanya Akkineni.

In a recent interview, she revealed how societal judgments and derogatory comments initially affected her but ultimately shaped her journey toward self-acceptance and growth.

"There is still a lot of shame and stigma attached to divorce, especially for a woman," she remarked. She recounted being labeled with hurtful terms like "secondhand" and "used," which added to the emotional toll of the separation.

"You're pushed into a corner where you are supposed to feel like a failure just because you were once married and now you're not. It can be incredibly hard for families and women who go through this," Samantha said, her voice filled with emotion.

Now, Samantha describes herself as being in a much better place. "I'm very happy right now. I've grown so much, and I am doing incredible work. I'm looking forward to the next stage in my life," she concluded with optimism.
