Icon Star Allu Arjun has gained a significant legal victory regarding a case filed by the Andhra Pradesh Police. The Andhra Pradesh High Court has quashed the petition filed by the Nandyal City Police, which alleged that Allu Arjun and former Nandyal MLA Silpa Ravi Chandra Kishore Reddy breached the Election Commission’s Model Code of Conduct.

The case dates back to earlier this year when Allu Arjun participated in a large public gathering in Nandyal to show his support for Silpa Ravi during the election period. The event saw a huge turnout with a rally of motorcycles and cars, followed by a gathering at Silpa Ravi’s residence.

Despite the lack of prior permission for the rally, the police provided security for Allu Arjun’s visit. Subsequently, complaints were lodged with the Election Commission, prompting the Nandyal Two Town Police to file an FIR against Allu Arjun and Silpa Ravi.

In response, both Allu Arjun and Silpa Ravi appealed to the High Court, requesting the case's dismissal. The High Court, after reviewing the arguments on October 25, deferred its ruling until today, November 6. This morning, the court ruled in favor of both parties.
