Double iSmart and Mr. Bachchan are two new releases in the Telugu states. Double iSmart, starring Ram and directed by Puri Jagannath, and Mr. Bachchan, starring Ravi Teja and directed by Harish Shankar, both hit theaters yesterday and received mixed reviews. Critics were not particularly favorable towards either film, though Double iSmart performed slightly better at the box office. Notably, ticket prices for "Double iSmart" were increased by ₹35 in Andhra Pradesh but remained unchanged in Telangana.
