Superstar Mahesh Babu has resumed shooting for SSMB28 and the film has already entered its third schedule. Despite having very short breaks in between, Mahesh decided to risk starting the third schedule soon after wrapping up the second one. The entire lead cast is currently shooting for the film.

Mahesh Babu and director Trivikram have expressed their desire to complete the shoot at a rapid pace, and it seems like the shoot is progressing at a great pace. If things continue as planned, the majority of the filming could be wrapped up by May.

Sree Leela and Pooja Hegde are reportedly playing the female leads in the film. Jagapathi Babu is on board to play the antagonist while the film also features Prakash Raj, Ramya Krishnan and other important actors.
