The makers of the blockbuster film Adhurs, starring Young Tiger NTR, had planned to re-release the film on March 4, 2023, following the trend of re-releasing top stars' yesteryear hits. Fans were eagerly looking forward to watching the film in theatres on that day. However, the re-release was postponed due to some technical issues, disappointing the fans.

Directed by VV.Vinayak, Adhurs featured NTR in dual roles as a gangster and a Brahmin, and his hilarious performance, along with Nayanthara's glamour, captured the audience's attention. The film also starred Sheela as the other female lead, and Brahmanandam's comic timing was a highlight of the movie. The music was composed by Devi Sri Prasad.

Kona Venkat co-wrote the film's story with VV.Vinayak, and Vallabhaneni Vamsi Mohan produced the film. The new release date of the movie will be out soon.
