Samantha Ruth Prabhu is set to join the shoot of Vijay Devarakonda's upcoming film, Khushi, in the first week of March. The shoot for the film was delayed due to Samantha's illness, and she had to allot dates to the Citadel web series in Bollywood instead.

The film, which has a Kashmir backdrop, had already shot a love story between Vijay and Samantha in the snowy locales of the state. However, director Shiva Nirvana had planned some additional snow shoot, which was delayed due to Samantha's unavailability.

Since snow is not available in Kashmir from March, the team of Khushi is reportedly heading to Norway to shoot a couple of songs and scenes on the lead pair to match the snowy Kashmir locales. This is a common practice in the film industry, where locations are recreated in different places to match the desired settings.
