Singham franchise and Golmaal franchise director Rohit Shetty was injured while shooting for his web series “Indian Police Force” in Ramoji Film City on Saturday. The accident happened while Rohit was shooting a car chase sequence for the series.

Shetty's hand was injured due to the accident after which he was immediately taken to Kamineni Hospital in LB Nagar. Doctors at Kamineni performed minor surgery on Rohit’s injured arm. Soon after the surgery, Rohit was discharged, as his condition was stable. Last year, the lead of the show Siddharth Malhotra was also injured in a similar fashion while shooting in Goa.

This is Rohit and Siddharth’s OTT debut. The show will stream on Amazon Prime. Other actors in the show include Shilpa Shetty and Vivek Oberoi. There is no update to as when the shoot scheduled in Hyderabad will resume.
