Though Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja tasted two disasters earlier this year in the form of Khiladi and Ramarao on Duty, he bounced back hard and is closing 2022 on a successful note with his new film Dhamaka. This Trinadha Rao Nakkina directorial is heading towards the breakeven mark within a few days of its release.

Dhamaka was released on December 23. Since the first day, Dhamaka is doing good business in the B and C centres across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh. Compared to Friday and Saturday, the earnings were higher on Sunday.

According to the trade reports, this film collected Rs. 5.5 crores in Nizam, Rs. 2.4 crores Ceded and Rs. 5.2 crores in Andhra during its first weekend. On the whole, the collections in Telugu states are around Rs. 13 crores (share). The worldwide collections are around Rs. 15 crores.

The breakeven mark is valued at Rs. 19 crores and Dhamaka is expected to cross that milestone by this weekend. Thus, it is set to become another hit for Tollywood this year.
