For the last few weeks, it is being rumoured that Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja is set to introduce his son Mahadan Bhupathiraju into movies. It was stated that Mahadan will make his debut with Idiot 2 under the direction of Puri Jagannath.

Idiot was a landmark career in Ravi Teja's career. This 2002 film made him a star and brought him a huge fan following. The reports stated that was the reason why Ravi Teja wanted his son to debut with Idiot's sequel.

Ravi Teja was asked about these rumours in a recent interview. Speaking about the same, he said that he is hearing these rumours for the first time and added that there is no truth in it. So, it is now confirmed that there are no plans of making Idiot 2 and all rumours were put to rest. We hear that Mahadan is busy with his academics and will take time to enter into films.
