Tollywood Legendary actor Kaikala Satyanarayana passed away this morning at 4:00 Am. He breathed his last breath due to age related ailments. The actor was suffering with a few health issues for a few months and was hospitalized a couple of times recently. Though the actor was discharged from hospital and returned home, his age related issues had continued. Receiving the treatment from doctors at home, he left his last this morning.

Soon after the news of Kaikala Satyanarayana's demise broke, fans and celebrities took to social media to remember him. Reportedly, his final rites will take place at Mahaprasthanam tomorrow on December 24 and many celebrities are expected to attend this.

The actor was born on July 25, 1935, in Kavutaram village in Krishna district and made his film debut with Sipayi Koothuru in 1959. Though the film did not perform well at the box office, he resembled NTR so much and thus he played dupe to NTR in several films. NTR then offered a role for Satyanarayana in Apoorva Sahasra Siraccheda Chintamani. Later, the actor continued his successful journey for almost 780 films as character artist and villian.

He won several awards. He has also actively participated in politics and won as Lok Sabha MP from Machilipatnam constituency on TDP ticket. He also turned producer and bankrolled films like Kodama Simham, Bangaru Kutumbam and Muddula Mogudu.
