Sankranthi 2023 is going to be fun at the box office. Multiple releases are lined up to entertain audiences, and the theatres controversy is already trending in film circles. The allotment of theatres to Telugu films is being prioritized, but producer Dil Raju reportedly blocked screens for his film Vaarasudu, which is the dubbed version of the Tamil film Varisu.

The issue has been going on for quite some time now and we finally came to know that both Megastar Chiranjeevi and Nandamuri Balakrishna have now stepped into the scene to sort out things and get theatres for their movies.

Chiranjeevi's Waltair Veerayya and Balakrishna's Veera Simha Reddy are gearing up for a grand release in theatres for Sankranthi.

In Vizag city, Dil Raju blocked six screens for the film Vaaradudu, and both Waltair Veerayya along with Veera Simha Reddy will have 4 screens each.
