Superstar Mahesh Babu is the most affected person from Tollywood in 2022, with back-to-back tragedies at the home. It was the passing away of his brother at the beginning of the year, and then a couple of months ago, he lost his mother, and now, he lost his father, Superstar Krishna.

Also, in 2022, Mahesh had only one release, Sarkaru Vaari Paata, which also could not perform well at the box office. On the other hand, Mahesh's next film is SSMB28, in the direction of Trivikram Srinivas. The project has begun already but there seem to be multiple delays in the same.
