Auto Jhonny was supposed to be coming in the direction of Megastar Chiranjeevi as well as Puri Jagannath. However, after multiple discussions, the project was called off. During an interaction on Instagram, Chiru asked Puri about the subject to which Puri has given an interesting answer.

Puri Jagannath said that he shelved the project as he felt that the script is not shaping out well. Puri also opened up saying that he would come back with a better script soon to suit Chiranjeevi's style.

In Puri's words, he said that he would come with something bigger and better than Auto Jhonny. Recently, Puri acted in Chiranjeevi's Godfather, in the role of a journalist.

Godfather is the latest release of Chiranjeevi that became a big hit at the box office. Directed by Mohan Raja, the film unit is extremely happy.
