While many heroes tried their luck at the Pan-India box office, now it's the turn of South-Indian famous actress Samantha Ruth Prabhu. Her upcoming mythology film Shakuntalam marks her first Pan-India film. Directed by Gunasekhar, the film is carrying high expectations. Interestingly, this film also marks the debut of Allu Arjun's daughter Allu Arha in a cameo role.

With a motion poster, the makers of the Shakuntalam team announced the release date of the film as the 4th of November. This film is going to be high in visual effects as the film is based on the story of Shakuntala and king Dushyant.

The other news making circles in social media since yesterday is that Samantha is likely to have a fight with Allu Sirish at the box office in November. The reason behind this is Allu Sirish's next film is also expected to hit the theatres on the same date. Though it is not officially confirmed, media reports say the same.
