Multiplex Association of India, under the aegis of the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry, has previously announced that they shall be celebrating National Cinema Day of 2022 on the 16th of September. Now they have issued another statement, informing that the date has been changed to 23rd of September.

When the announcement was made previous, they mentioned that the multiplex and exhibitor team also want to celebrate this event with the audience thereby all the films that are running on the said date shall cost only Rs 75.

In the new statement, they mentioned that the adjustments have been made considering the stakes of exhibitors and various other factors like adding of the screen to the event and more. It has also been mentioned that more than 4000+ theatres are participating in this event. All the industry people are hoping for success f this event as it shall boost so much domestic business of theatres.
