The pornography case, involving the Bollywood big-wigs has created a big sensation. The cops arrested Raj Kundra in July 2021 and was later released on a bail. Raj Kundra has now filed an application before a magistrate's court in Mumbai, requesting to be discharged from the case.

The major allegation coming from Raj is that he was made a scapegoat in the case. Raj pleaded that there is not a single victim who has deposed that he threatened or forcefully recorded the obscene content. He made it clear that he is not involved in uploading or selling porn content.

Ever since Raj Kundra was arrested and released on bail, his wife Shilpa Shetty is trolled heavily on social media. However, with Raj Kundra making these statements now in media, we have to see how the case will turn out to be.
