The director has been sentenced to jail for six months in a cheque bounce case. The director owns a production house called ‘Thirupathi Brothers’ that has produced many successful films earlier.
The production house has landed in financial issues and Linguswamy had to appear in court for the same. It is PVP cinema that filed a case against Linguswamy.
After the case's final hearing at the Saidapet Court in Chennai, the judge ordered a 6 -month jail term for Linguswamy and his brother Subhash Chandrabose.
Linguswamy is yet to respond to the same.
