Gopichand and Maruthi teamed up for the first time, for the film Pakka Commercial. The film was released at the box office last Friday. Starring Raashi Khanna and Satyaraj, the film is performing below par, say the trade sources.

On the other side, it is stated that Pakka Commercial collected a gross of Rs. 6.3 crores worldwide and turned out to be the biggest opening day grosser for Gopichand.

The team expected good numbers during the weekend too but everyone thought that the weekend collections will decide the fate of Pakka Commercial and may also decide the future of Maruthi-Prabhas's project.

As expected, the film collected less numbers in the first weekend and generated a revenue of around 5 Cr rupees share in both the Telugu states. The USA collections are around $100k only.

We have to see if the film picks up at the box office. Unless there is a miracle, there is no way that the film picks up.
