Vijay Deverakonda and Samantha are playing the lead roles in the upcoming Telugu film Kushi. The film has Kashmir as a backdrop. Interestingly, the makers are going to unleash the other side of Kashmir that no one has ever seen in Tollywood.

In many movies, Kashmir is shown as a center of terrorism or religious riots. But the makers of Kushi are trying to bring out the happy and romantic side of the state. Shiva said that they have shot a scene in the middle of the historic Dal lake. He said it was an incredible experience.

Even though the cast and crew wore extra layers of clothes, they used to feel cold sometimes in Kashmir. Apparently, they could only shoot two scenes a day sometimes due to the cold weather in the state.

Kushi is slated for worldwide release on December 23, 2022.
