The episode started with the housemates dancing to 'You Rock My World' song. Nataraj and Akhil talk that Baba Bhaskar. Nataraj flirted with Bindu and Ashu. Akhil also talked to Baba Bhaskar about the reasons his behind Akhil argued with Ashu and the latter cried saying that he should not pass any statements. Nataraj and Baba Bhaskar teases Mithra.

Bigg Boss gives Aliens vs Humans as the captaincy contenders task. The aliens have to protect their life bot and charge their spaceship and return to their planet whereas the humans have to kill the aliens and can also kill them by breaking the life bots. While talking to the camera, Akhil says that Ashu cannot stay in the Human's team as she is not a human even in real life.

Bindu, Nataraj, Ajay, Hamida, and Ariyana are aliens whereas the rest are humans. Baba Bhaskar is the sanchalak. While grabbing a lifebot, Mithra falls into the pool and Ajay also follows her into the pool. The Humans broke the ball and claimed that Ajay cannot be an alien from now on. Akhil argues with Ajay saying that the latter cannot help the teammates as he got out.

The aliens get Ashu down. The humans kill Nataraj. With power, the aliens get Ajay back. The aliens and humans get physical with each other. Ariyana and Akhil shout at each other. Bigg Boss restricted the housemates to play the game in some rooms. Akhil says that the sanchalak is not good and he is unable to understand the language itself.
