The episode started with the housemates dancing to 'Naire Naire' song. Ariyana feeds Mithra. Ashu and Nataraj also consoles Mithra. Bigg Boss says that the second round of nominations will start today. The nominated contestants have to win some challenges to get saved from nominations and one of the saved contestants will get into nominations. The first task is that they have to protect their water balloons from bursting.

Ashu, Shiva, and Mahesh try to strike some deals with others. Shiva bursted Ariyana's balloon and Ariyana also bursted Shiva's balloon. Shiva also bursted Mithra's balloon. Ariyana bursted Bindu, Anil, Mahesh's balloons too. Ashu got saved from nominations. Ashu and Mahesh argued as Mahesh bursted the balloon when Ashu has her mic there. The housemates discuss who to send into nominations. Akhil, Nataraj, Teju, and Hamida picked Shravanthi and she got into nominations.

Mithra goes into the confession room crying and requested him to send her back home as the housemates have been portraying her in a negative way. Bigg Boss encouraged her. Bigg Boss asked the nominated housemates to throw more number of slippers into the paint. Bindu gets saved from nominations. The saved housemates say that they were not even in nominations and want to send Ashu back into nominations. But Ashu doesn't agree for it. Bigg Boss asked Nataraj to say the decision as a sanchalak. Nataraj sent Teju into nominations.

The next task is that the nominated housemates have to protect their arrows from falling. Mahesh gets saved from nominations. Bindu and Akhil argue about who to go into nominations. Nataraj says that he will send Bindu into nominations and the duo argue again. Bigg Boss announced that Bindu, Shiva, Ariyana, Teju, Anil, Mithra, and Shravanthi are in nominations.
