But she was last seen in Tollywood in the movie Mr. and Mrs. Shailaja Krishnamurthy, while in Tamil she had her last appearance in Ajith-starrer 'Thirupathi' in 2006. Later, she got married to a businessman and stayed away from the movies. She also had two children.

Following her latest updates, it looks like she is going to start her second innings in the movie industry with the Karthi movie Sadar. Directed by PS Mithran, Rashi Kanna is playing the lead role in the movie.
