The episode started with Nagarjuna's entry dancing to the 'Sana Kashtam' song. Nagarjuna talked about each housemate and gave likes and dislikes. Nagarjuna called Hamida into the confession room followed by Akhil. After talking to them, Nagarjuna showed them the video and says that Bigg Boss is a gender-neutral show, and if she really felt bad, Akhil should go and apologize and sort things out. Akhil apologized and they reconcile.

Nagarjuna gave like and dislike to Nataraj, like to Hamida, dislike to Anil, Mithra, Teju, Ajay, Shravanthi and like to Bindu. Nagarjuna asked the housemates to pick add friend and block someone. Shiva gave add to Bindu and a block to Nagaraj. Anil gave like to Ashu and block to Nataraj. Mithra gave add to Ashu and a block to Anil. Mahesh gave add to Anil and a block to Mithra. Hamida gave block to Mithra and add to Anil. Sarayu gave add to Shiva and a block to Nataraj.

Akhil gave add to Ajay and a block to Mithra. Teju gave add to Hamida and block to Anil. Ashu gave block to Shiva and add to Ajay. Nataraj gave add to Ashu and a block to Bindu. Ariyana gave add to Shiva and a block to Sarayu. Ajay gave add to Akhil and a block to Nataraj. Shravanthi gave add to Teju and a block to Nataraj. Nataraj got hated tag and Anil got the loved tag.

Ariyana's team has Mahesh, Bindu, Akhil, Sarayu, Hamida, Ajay. The rest are in Ashu's team. They have to guess the songs based on their posture and dance to them. Ashu's team won the task.
