Jagapathi Babu is one of the few actors who managed to do well as a lead hero and an antagonist. The actor shot to fame with a lot of family dramas during the first phase of his career. He started his second innings as a villain with the 2014 film Legend. Since then, he acted in various supporting roles in multiple super hit films. In the last seven years, Jagapathi Babu acted alongside various star heroes. But he liked working with Jr NTR the most.

Speaking in a recent interview, Jagapathi Babu said that he likes NTR's attitude. "In Aravinda Sametha, my character of Basireddy appears more powerful than NTR's character. Downplaying his character to elevate my character is not a small thing. Even at an event of that movie, Tarak said that people will remember Basireddy's character before my character whenever they come across Aravinda Sametha," said Jagapathi Babu.

Jagapathi Babu also said that Tarak used to call him every day during the shoot of that film and joke about Basireddy's character becoming the highlight of the movie. Proving Tarak's words right, Jagapathi Babu got a lot of accolades for his character.

Both NTR and Jagapathi Babu acted together in the films Nannaku Prematho and Aravinda Sametha. It has to be seen if they reunite once again in the coming days.
