Megastar Chiranjeevi is the representative of the Telugu film industry in amicably solving the issues regarding the ticket prices with the government of Andhra Pradesh. Chiranjeevi met YS Jagan Mohan Reddy yesterday and discussed some important issues.

Meanwhile, there are speculations that Chiranjeevi is being offered a Rajya Sabha seat. Chiranjeevi has come across these rumors and has given a clarity for once and all.

"For the larger interests of the Tollywood film industry and with an intention to keep the theatrical business running, I met AP CM YS Jagan to discuss the same. Some media outlets are giving political touch to my meeting, saying that I am being given Rajyasabha seat. I, hereby, clarify to everyone that I am staying away from politics and there is no way that I will re-enter politics in any position. With this, I hope the rumors will come to an end," said Chiranjeevi.
