The expectations on Megastar Chiranjeevi's upcoming movie 'Acharya' are sky-high. The makers initially wanted to give a Sankranthi release for the film but backed off because of 'RRR' and 'Radhe Shyam'.

The makers have now locked February 4th as the release date and also confirmed that they are not going to change it. But now, rumours are coming out that the movie might get preponed. If at all Ram Charan and NTR's 'RRR' gets postponed and moves away from January 7th then the makers of Acharya are planning to prepone the release. But there are so many movie-related works which are still in pending. So, if the makers have to prepone the release they have to rush through these pending works, trailer release, pre-release event, etc. We can say that the makers don't have enough time to complete the post-production works if at all they have to release the film for Sankranthi.

Ram Charan who is producing the film is also playing a crucial role in the movie. Kajal Agarwal is playing the female lead in which movie Pooja Hegde will be seen pairing up with Ram Charan in the film.
