Mega Prince Varun Tej is planning to bring his film Ghani to theatres on 24th December but the latest reports confirm that the film is not hitting the screens on the date. The makers are planning to postpone the film as they want a solo release.

On December 24th, Nani is also arriving to theatres with his film Shyam Singha Roy. So, Ghani might likely be postponed to March, next year and the makers are yet to take a final call on the same.

Ghani and Shyam Singha Roy are two different films but with Akhanda and Pushpa already in theatres by that time, there may be a chance that either of Ghani or Shyam Singha Roy might not get enough attention despite the word of mouth and talk.

As of now, there is no clarity on the same and a formal confirmation is expected to be out soon.
