The expectations of Bollywood perfectionist Aamir Khan's upcoming movie "Laal Singh Chaddha" are sky-high. Touted to be the biggest film in Aamir Khan's career, he himself bankrolled the project on a massive budget.

After being in the production stage for 4 years, the much-awaited film has finally got a release date. According to the latest buzz, the highly anticipated film is much likely to hit the theatres on the 11th of April next year. On an interesting note, the much-awaited upcoming Kannada movie 'KGF: Chapter 2' is also releasing on the same date. So, we have to wait and see if the makers of 'KGF 2' will go ahead and have a clash with Aamir Khan or change their release date.

Touted to be a comedy-drama, "Laal Singh Chaddha" is the adoption of 1994 released American film 'Forrest Gump'. Tollywood actor Naga Chaitanya is also playing a crucial role in the film which also marks his Hindi debut. Advait Chandan is helming this project.
